< Perhaps Frank has some idea on what percentage of the shares are in friendly hands?>

The only truly friendly hands I know are mine..... but then again there was that girl down in ..... ahhem.....never mind !!!

With the exception of the single individual holding over 10% of the company... the info you have provided is exactly the same as mine. The source for my info is a two page profile of CITA Biomedical faxed to me from Judy Ryon.

I do know that frequently (as is the case with a new entity such as CITA Biomedical, which has purchased an existing shell).... the weak link (to new shareholders) is the old management that are holding previous shares of the newly formed entity. Usually when they are tired of holding they sell at the first chance of an uptick. Of course since they are holding many shares it takes a while for them to dispose of their shares. I haven't been following this company long enough.... but I do believe that is what is happening at this point. If the company has market astute people watching their trading... they should know exactly who is selling.
