Teck announced last week that it invested $4.0 million in acquiring NWI shares on open market .DR. KEEVIL confirmed in telephone conference to mining analyst last week. This is part of their exploration budget .Very aggressive move.Does first major in sound familiar.At what price did they jump in VB? Where they not first in and first out?
