I totally agree, Bank Brand is very powerful and important. That is why CheckFree bankends the banks as well as the portals. My point was that since CheckFree controls the billers that are signed up, CheckFree is free to offer it's services to Banks, Portals and Brokers. BCE may not be able to offer their services to brokers and portals, due to banks control over the billers. Today, through my On-Line banking, I can view and pay bills (service provided by CheckFree).

A couple questions..

1. Does BCE have a pay anyone engine? (I think yes, but could you confirm)
2. How many electronic connections to billers does BCE have?
3. How many subscribers are on their platform today?
