In my previous post, I presented my belief that there was great wrong done, but that in full context, with blinders removed, it was not by Bill.
Here I present that the blinders come from a deeper problem, a frame of mind that is the cause of injustice and its ripples.
Best I know, BC was never implicated, by our systems and an unparalleled investigation, with doing harm to PJ. Nor to Any Other particular individual. Yet our system considers him criminal. WHO has he harmed? A system? The system is a creation, a machine, a response to harm of humans. This system has created a criminal where no harm exists. His petitions to the system have been found to be correct. The system was wrong. He is being punished for not accepting punishment from a non-rational system that admits to being wrong to have punished him. Give me backtalk on details, but tell me how we can hand out punishment when no one was harmed but a system that was wrong. Tell me how to respect this system. This is the most upside down logic I know. It comes from the willing acceptance of masters. Where no living master commands us, we make up lesser masters and imbue them with living characteristics. I, my enemy, am the barrier to freedom? Whose freedom? The freedom of a system? Systems will always be imperfect. The people within the imperfect system, masters and cogs, protect our freedom. If the system is wrong, change the system. To do that, first requires that the system be seen as the tool, not the master. I see a gross wrong done with a Great tool. A grosser wrong is to believe in the tool, not the wielder. The tool is not condemned; it simply must be retooled to prevent such bad wielding. Brees, be my enemy. Don't. It seems a limited and unproductive viewpoint, ... but that is a different post. |
