I think your sentiments are viewed by many potential investors. VVUS has clearly stated their direction (Partner or buyout, but the majority of buyers are not convinced. Who is buying these shares and selling these shares everyday. What % of shares being bought each day are made by "smart investor". Those investors that know something the general public does not. Are these investors taking advantage of low price and negative sentiment knowing the positive outcome, or are they gambling blindly?
