You comment, although there is nothing new to the deal, there is institutional money on the sidelines waiting to see if and how AOL manages to digest Netscape.

Netscape 3 billion, AOL 80 billion--no indigestion there. Even if AOL somehow completely screwed up the acquisition, which I seriously doubt would happen, it would cause only a hiccup, not indigestion. No money manager in his/her/its right mind is going to wait on AOL digesting Netscape to make his/her/its buy decisions on AOL.
