The plot thickens- While trawling the Web today I came accross this news: "On 2/19,Morgan Stanley Dean Witter reiterated its strong buy rating on SEPR and raised its target price from 150 to 180." See report on the Nordby web site. I do not know if this info was released during the day or after the close of trading.
