Although DCH Tech has no outside IR, you are a paid consultant. I
don't think I like the way you Threaten posters who make negative
remarks about DCHT with talk of subpeona's.
The reason for the discussion with their attorney had nothing to do with DCH, and everything to do with RAM Capital. DCH can fight their own battles, I am not their mother.
As Consultant to a company with no outside IR, and given the
activity of you, your uncle and son, I don't think you are in any
position to be making threats considering your own actions have
not been 100% above board in the past.

No, that was to protect my business and my ability to perform on a contract which is protected by law. Anyone who interferes with the contractual relations of another in these United States can be held accountable by the courts.
Perhaps you may want to get your hands on the 5th edition of Prosser and Keeton on Torts, and review section 129, which starts on page 978. You will also find several remedies for misrepresentation and defamation in that same book. US contract law has many protections for businesses that are not necessarily offered to private citizens. Interference with Prospective Advantage and Interference with Contractual Relations are taken very seriously by judges.

Thank you, I have been. I had been laying in the sun on my hammock in the back yard when I thought it time to come in. I appreciate your posts and do hope that you don't take offense to my responses. There are some things I can comment on, and other's that would be inappropriate to comment on; however, that shouldn't be misinterpreted as an unwillingness to level, but rather the shadow cast by the chinese wall.
