<<But I still wonder where the $250G+ goes each month.>>

Perhaps some of that cash is earmarked for so-called "facilitation payments"? I recently heard of an executive that travels to Russia quite frequently, and he supposedly straps a money belt to his waist containing a couple hundred thousand bucks every time he gets on a plane. Pretty foolish if you ask me, but that's the way he chooses to do business, and he rationalizes it in his own mind by telling himself that's the way business is done in that country. I'd hate to think that kind of stuff is going on here, especially since it would be in direct conflict with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA). However, Abacan's main asset is in Nigeria, you know... one of the most corrupt countries in the world, if you know what I mean. That kind of thing couldn't be happening here, could it? Naaaahhh!
