Kiriakos, Weee is right! A penny stock exploding! It rarely happens! Most of the penny stock stuff that goes up returns 'from where is has comet' when the insiders pull out. Be careful, PE is 74. I am sure that you must know that this is not a scam stock? I am off to check Barrons online. The volume on ACRT has increased dramatically after Jan 1st. Maybe the two year holding period for the insiders was reached and a lot of PR took place enabling them to start unloading. barrons.com I did not see much that inpressed me: They perform international trade and finance services.
