Hi Robert, I have copied this from the VSE press release of July 20th and it lists the directors or principals involved. the following former directors and officers are not acceptable as directors, officers, employees or consultants, or in any similar function with exchange-listed companies: Ryan Henning, Arshad Shah, Robert Klein and Gurcharn Rattan.
