bake, thanks for the post. we have to sit this one out. bgo is not ufront here. what should happen in this. bgo should fund the feasibility study as another note receivable due in 5 years. after finacing is secured with 2.1mm ozs as ecm share(70% 0f 3mm ozs), the stock would make it back to say a $1.25 . 33mm us funds. bgo can then covert their debt to either more ecm shares ,12mm for the 15mm in debt or take a percentage of the project like they had in cerro casale. just a thought. vargas
