are a major warning of a possible scam stock.Most recent classic case is TRBD---and yes I have reviewed the SEC filings and checked out who they were before they changed their ticker--now you haven't answered any of my questions-----regards small floats,they go DOWN as fast as they go UP short them at the top is a very good strategy i you have a stocks number.Good Luck,Max90
