Mike: Visit the CHANDELEUR BAY PRODUCTION tread under Gold, Mining & Natural Resources. You will find a lot more information from the discussion than I can relate. The thread started August 7th, 1996 and has 657 posts. That should indicate quite an interest.
The trading was Halted from about October to January, due to the VSE not liking someone that took some of the financing. All has been complied with and the stock is now trading very well. Post #537 is about when it started trading and that perhaps would be a good starting point.

If you don't find you have any interest in buying the stock, sit back and watch it for a while. But be warned, you may have to pay a lot more if you later become interested.
