Kelly, I cannot specifically comment on the Destination, but I have purchased four of their systems over the years, still using three and gave the other to a family member. They stand behind their product well. If tech support cannot fix your problem, they will send out a new part, no questions asked. I recently went through an issue with my modem where the problem could not be handled by phone, the tech support person clearly thought it was a configuration glitch, but sent a new modem anyway, with the request that if it fixed the problem, to let her know. I have occasionally had minor difficulties getting through. It will be interesting to see other comments. Dan
