Susie...don't laugh....or well do laugh... I hold less than 100 share and only because I forgot to lump them in my sells about 8 months ago...would cost me more to sell them than keep them.....float means nothing..... # of shares outstanding means EVERYTHING. The company is valued at 18 million dollars.... 180,000,000 times $.10 which is way too rich for all the deadlines and timelines this company misses for me at least. This company could easily fall to the pink sheets because they have to be fully reporting by July IMHO. I hope they make it but my experience has been a lot of broken promises....good luck to you though. jpbp
