To Cyber Trader Support,

I have been a customer of Cyber since last August. Except for the first two weeks in Jan service has been excellent. I have an account at Datek and Schwab, so I feel I can compare brokerages fairly. I read about problems with Datek all the time and you cannot trade with them first thing in the morning. Schwab is generally very good but cannot provide me with the software tools I get with Cyber.

However, last week the data feeds were poor. My indices and top ten boxes would simple stop updating. I got to the point that I didn't trust the info that I was reading. There was no notice sent regarding problems in this area.

I hope you have found the source of these problems and that next week will be better. I use both a phone modem and a cable modem and the problems continued for most of the week.
