No irregulars, no communal dressing rooms. Esthetic hook: Century 21 for the antisocial. At-home or office sample sale: Apparel and accessories for men, women and children by high-end houses like Gucci and Prada, and from more affordable designers like Joe Boxer and Iceberg.
