In spite of my negative sounding comments on this thread, I am long on this stock.

I think it is as close as gets to a true speculation.

When those who recommend stocks point out the negatives or potential pitfalls, one is much better able to judge whether something is an opportunity or a scam. I also think this is the former and not the latter.
