Good lord- 118 posts!!! What are you people doing? I can't possibly catch up- I had two birthday parties to get my kids to, today- but I'm going to comment anyway. It will no doubt be repetitious of someone else's post- do I care? Gayness is probably hard wired into the brain- there were differences you could see in the brains of gay and straight animals- and the same structural differences are probably true in humans. Male and Female brains are different too- different is ok, imo. Of course not all societies tolerate difference well- and I suppose given my relativistic bent I'd have to say that's just the way it is- but given my druthers I'd rather live in a tolerant society. I don't want a society that celebrates the low ends of the bell curve, I want toleration not encouragement- they are very different imo. When I see aberrant harmless people I smile and turn away- I think that's ok- I don't allow my children to laugh, or say mean things- but I'm not having people I consider aberrant over for dinner- only people who are aberrant in the same way III am get to come over to my house.
