IMHO, although the OBV is up, it's just barely up and not enough to confirm a strong move upward.

I use AIQ for end of day analysis and look at both ST & LT trends. If I had to predict (which I hate to do, but's it part of trading), looking at the LT leads me to believe we're still going down. In fact, the MACD is converging and may cross over to the down side (as I understand it, the MACD is a lagging indicator, which helps determine the overall trend). That would hurt. And if the MACD DOES cross over with conviction (i.e. volume), I say we re-test the 4-5 lows. If it can hold, then MAYBE this is a bottom (and thus a buying opportunity). Also, the stochastics are at 14 (ST) and 51 (LT - but headed down).

The reversal may be short lived, and I need more confirmation before I re-enter AFCI. I would rather be late to the party.

FWIW: I'm 95% in cash at the moment.
