I think you and I know what is up and the time frame is short. with a multinational corp. partner taking an equity stake, the quality and reputation of those involved in the financing and opertions of the company, and the model and production talent they have developed VDAT will be the dominant source of video releases from Corporations to the news and investment community. Add to that there ability to offer stored streaming vod for all segments from pr to travel to niche educational physician.com, they are developing a content vault that will be a cash cow going forward. The server vault of [cnn, cnnfn, nbc], real estate, markets travel etc etc all will be available to anyone anytime. ie video on demand on the net but with specialized content. I think this is a nice place to park some funds for a while. The downside would be if they call the warrants without announcing equity partner at the same time. This could put some selling pressure on the stock but I have a feeling as we move into this last acquisition private placment phase before the jv is announced that the word will begin to get out. broadcast.com IMO doesn't have anything like the talent or potential I see behind VDAT
