Not the most apt analogy, now that I think about it, for creative energy.

Water might be a better one, something being constantly, usefully cycled.

Considering the Karma alias you have chosen, you may be familiar with "chi," or, in yoga, "prana." The universe, IMO, is an inexhaustible source of energy, and it's on your side, when you are doing what is right for you. Age has nothing to do with it.
