George,
I prefer WillP's gunboat diplomacy.

Greetings:

I actually flipped a coin
once and had your
outcome occur. I suppose
it's not that uncommon.

The information on the
Winspear web site is a
start to your own due
diligence...consider the
news releases as a start.
As you've noticed, I've
provided my opinions of
them. :-) Maybe try re
reading some (if you can
stand to) with the
appropriate news releases
handy. You can at least
come to your own
conclusions.

Be careful with what
anybody says here...or
anywhere. Check to your
own satisfaction that what
is said is reasonable, or
possible.

Don't be blown away by
big words. I think you'll
find that all the "big words"
can be researched on the
web, and that 99% of the
users of the words on
these forums are merely
copying stuff to sound big.
You'll find then spelling
words incorrectly very
frequently, or
incorporating them into
sentences incorrectly.

Why? Don't know. Maybe
to impress you?

A good word to research
is "hypabyssal" (not
hypabysmal...a frequent
mis-spelling). It applies to
most of Winspear's
intersections to date,
according to the news
releases. Another word is
"breccia" (not
breecia...another frequent
mis-spelling). These words
commonly occur in
Winspear news releases,
where they are of course
spelled correctly.

If you strike out on a web
search, I can probably
point you to a few
reasonable sites.

Newsletter writers may be
a reasonable source of
information as well...but be
wary...there are good ones
and not so good ones.

John Kaiser always writes
a good story. I've picked
on him a bit a week
ago...but I do think he's
worth the read generally.

Sudhir Khanna writes an
even better story in my
opinion. It's from a
different slant, and a
refreshing read.

Both of these writers
present their position so
the normal guy can
understand what they're
saying. Don't confuse that
with lack of understanding
or lack of intelligence.

As for what they
recommend about stock
prices...you're on your
own. My stock price
predicting is...umm...not
the best. :-)

Re the 'cone sheet theory'.
Spence or teevee can
provide you wih
information on that. I
believe one or the other
has access to the original
report.

Good luck...and be
careful.
