ATTENTION SOWK SHAREHOLDERS!!! Hello Tom....you are correct being we did not sell any, we are entitled to dividend. T.A.P. still only shows 45K in our accounts as of today as it will take a few days (time my vary between brokerages) to transfer the shares.
T A P has included links on T A P home page that bring investors to SEC web-sites that offer helpful consumer information such as ". Ask the on-line promoter whether – and how much – they've been paid to tout the opportunity." Being SEC rules are not 100% specific as to how this information was to be disclosed, "But when newsletters receive payment for touting, the securities laws require them to disclose specifically who paid them, the amount, and the type of payment (cash, stock, or some other thing of value)"(note though it states "to disclose specifically....the amount" it does not specify the way in which it is disclosed)and T A P had called SEC on this issue months ago without a conclusive answer, T A P decided to disclose only when directly asked based on 1st SEC excerpt above!
T A P has no problem doing so on T A P website as well.T A P staff would like to assure its members and future members as well as non-members holding shares in companies we represent, that we are 100% on your side and will do everything to be in compliance with SEC and other governing bodies which we have the utmost respect for!T A P thanks all of those showing support with all the emails and posts which were a breath of fresh air amongst all the negative, libelous and misleading posts all of us have encountered.

Lets talk amateur for a spell...!
1)T A P has nothing to do with the distribution of dividend shares
2) Be wary of promises of quick profits, offers to share "inside" information, and pressure to invest before you have an opportunity to investigate. "Don't believe everything you read on-line. Take the time to investigate a possible investment opportunity before you hand over your hard-earned money.
Often the writers will claim to have "inside" information"

SOWK---You guys get it..see what happened, SOWK opened higher at $2
You could have sold this morning at the open and on Wednesday your account would reflect the additional shares. (pre-plit indicated .87 but SOWK opened at $2)
Moere news and some finance arrangements are due..so this is still a bargain before those additional shares hit everyone's account next week!

Not really Colin More announcements are soon to be announced...The only bad deal is that the 4-1 split announcement came late. Had we seen that announcement on Monday SOWK would have gone over $6 easily.

SOWK---That's RIGHT!! If you bought
2000 shares at 3.50 = ($7000 pre-split)
With the Four for 1 forward stock split 2000 shares would now give 8000 additional dividend shares?
10,000 shares at $1= ($10,000 post split for a $3,000 profit!!!)
IMO SOWK could go higher than $1
