Regarding insider trading;

It is my feeling that insider selling does not really have to mean much at all. The CEO might just want a new house. Perhaps a director went to a financial advisor, and was told that no matter how much she loves the company, all of her eggs in one basket is just a bad idea. I have never seen compelling evidence that there is any correlation between insider selling and future stock price.

For what it is worth, I do take insider BUYING very, very seriously. There are no reasons for insiders to buy (that I can think of) that don't have a good chance of seeing the price go up.

Rick.
