PMFJI, but I'm not sure how much selling pressure the warrants will cause. Those of us lucky enough to get them at the IPO (at $0.10) have had very little reason to ever sell them--in fact, once I realized what I had, I bought tons more (could still get them under $1 back in December!). If they do call them I may just pony up the $5.95 per share and keep the stock -- wouldn't be surprised if others do too--still a good value, and saves a brokerage commission.

I'm also less inclined than a few weeks ago to think they'll call them anytime soon. Have heard the same (more or less) rumors from three independent sources that say a LOT is up with this company, that could catapult it to the next level (or maybe even the one beyond that). The UNEWY investment is supposed to be signed tomorrow and announced Tuesday, if one believes the rumors (which I tend to when they get this specific and widespread). MSFT and/or Softbank may not be far behind.

If these rumors are anywhere close to correct, then VDAT will not need to call the warrants to get analyst coverage, and it certainly won't need to call them to raise cash. So I suspect they may just "let them lie" to be converted by holders gradually as they approach expiration. I could be wrong, but I just don't see the logic to call them anymore like I did a few weeks back.

JMHO.
