I've also owned this stock for a few years. They used to annually increase their dividend, but cut this out a couple of years ago. I hope they are buying back shares on the open market. I do believe that they are using more cash for expansion in the Internet arena and overseas telephone markets.

In any case, the stock appreciations should be in the 10% - 12% range annually, on average. Add in the current 4% dividend, and you're looking at a safe and sound 15% annual return. Not bad.
