A FAREWELL TO KINGS ... (RUSH) As SI does not have a cc feature I'll express the thoughts (most of) in public. And as I'll be way too busy during the week posting now.
I'm moving to the Caribbean at weeks' end and just wanted to thank all those who have provided insight through their posts be they in depth due diligence on a stock/sector or an alert allowing one to take a position in a stock for profit.
I won't mention most names since I'll be conservative and assume names of persons corresponded with in PM are of a confidential nature as well as the contents. Those persons know who they are. I just do not have the time to do so by PM and there is no feature to cc by PM (SI - what do you think?)
As regards my posts, I hope to have help make anyone and everyone on SI some money. A couple of posts have been made that I've posted the same message on a few different boards and I've posted the same message (ZD), but I've done so to alert and inform and in the case of DBCC, ZD, and NETG, to call the turns up and down. The parameters I set up I found to work very well and if I had more time, would fine tune them more. Also, when you find a situation that you've been in in life comes about in the market and the facts undisputedly point in on direction, you can bet there are some pretty strong views relayed - been through some situations and if you think the purpose and intent is different than I've mentioned above, take another think on it. Life situations, professional degrees, there isn't time for games when those are at stake.
I will be setting up an offshore account obviously and it will be great to be tax free.
I'll be tilting towards position trading and it's clear that the majority of persons on SI want the day /very short term trade vs the position trade. Clearly evidenced by several stocks [the latest probably being NOOF where not so many trades went through the day of mention, but it doubled within a couple of weeks which isn;t too shabby (RICK looks to do the same thing, "biz never better" - head of operations)], they are probably not worth mentioning on SI because those holding will get tired and sell if the hold period exceeds their will.
The account will very likely be of hedge fund form and will be participating in some private placements - at least for private co's, the volatility of the market does not affect the market cap of such firms.
In the US, I am hoping that TMex will take my IRA funds once the mechanism/facility is established.
Again, many thanks to those posting informative messages, even the BB stocks, but don;t let the aspect of listening to all ideas fool you into believing there's some naivity - it is more perception than reality, I can assure you.
