Not really sure but I doubt it. If price was locked in [other than so many days average closing price before conversion] then it wouldn't have been a <<floorless>>. When HEC chose to buy back the shares as opposed to giving the shares to RGC [some 8.5mm] that's why they had to pay the premium/penalty $10mm.

As I had asked before, I'm not privy to any of this either but will try to call company and see what they say. Maybe tomorrow if I have the time.
