I think AMD will make a run on Intel. I'd be somewhat careful though. Gawd the whole sector is not a blind dart throw. The news does sound nice. The negative is the discounts they are offering on the chips. Given the advance in the technology, will they be able to get the necessary profits with the price cuts? Second, who loses on this deal?
