If you read back to my original post you will see my complaint is that while OnSale advertises it will respond within 2 business days, it took them approximately a week and a half to respond.

hard facts. You're just attacking the wrong people. OnSale cannot shuffle through every
item for sale on their site to ensure proper descriptions by the manufacturer. >> I certainly do hold OnSale responsible for what they put on their site! By the way, I read back and it does say CD in the header, later in the body it says a Certificate is issued, but no where does it contradict the header and state no CD is included.
