Have downloaded BrowseMaster per instructions but run into same problem as another SI member

Craig, I've downloaded BrowseMaster but had no success running it. Each time I launched the BM icon, it tried to connect to 127.0.0.1:3456/home.pl but was not able to connect in many trials. Help!


Any suggestions???
