I don't think eBay would sell out for less than its current market cap.

They would only do a deal for cash or its equivalent (meaning a company with a solid stock like Microsoft, AOL, maybe Yahoo).

I think eBay would be an excellent buy for any of these companies, especially Microsoft.

I keep hoping eBay will fall below $150 to pick up some shares, but it seems to be pretty resilient.
