today announced it is leading a joint marketing effort with AMD (NYSE:
AMD) to launch the new K6-III(R) microprocessor. Joining CyberMax and
AMD are Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT), 3Dfx Interactive Inc. (Nasdaq: TDFX),
and PC World Magazine. This group will be leading several other
partner sites in the promotion that also includes a sweepstakes with
over $30,000 worth of prizes.

CyberMax has orchestrated a two part sweepstakes as part of 3D Storm.
Phase one starts today, offering two different systems based on the
K6-III, The Enthusiast Rebel ZX geared toward gamers, and the
Entrepreneur Pro RL aimed at Windows NT users. The second phase starts
the following month incorporating the launch of the new 3DFx VooDoo3
video card with a nine system sweepstakes and several prizes from other
sponsors. Links to the sweepstakes site can be found on all the
