We are developing some new ASIC products ( a hybrid between gate array and full standard cells) for the system on chip markets.

That's right. I remember now. I know a guy that was working on a similar project at Lattice Semi. They had some problems that they could not resolve. Most of the designers quit and I think the project was canceled. It sounds like you are having better luck. No problems with crosstalk, jitter, or noise isolation in the mixed-signal? ;-)
