<<What sort of "operating activities" produce loads of cash but
no revenue?>>

I haven't looked at the Q, but the culprit is probably just a positive adjustment to reconcile net income to net cash from operations. These types of adjustments can take one of a number of generic forms:

a. Depreciation and amortization (non-cash expenses)
b. Provision for deferred income taxes
c. Distributions from related companies
d. Loss on the sale of assets
e. Reduction in accounts receivable &/or inventory
f. Increase in accounts payable &/or accrued liabilities

All of the above would positively impact Cash Flows From Operating Activities.
