A good friend of mine works for a company down the street. His project wrote software for the SEC specifically aimed at data mining SI and other boards for certain phrases. One of the phrases it hunts for is 'The Next Microsoft' Of course this message will end up being read by the SEC.

From what I gather, the intent is to catch fraud in action...
