Buy some...own both. I think the risks are less than the .85c shares that some bought into with FTEL originally. No, you can't say that now but then with the stock down at a buck and news was not that thrilling and I felt the risks were higher then. Look back in August and you will see that FTEL was more of a risk with less puzzle pieces. Now I would comfortably say that owning both, which I do, is much less of a risk. The IPO is coming so ($$ bank of it). It will happen this year and I would say most definitely before May 31st. If you buy, you need to make sure your broker or whoever you use to trade with will hold these shares til the IPO. FNET have an investment firm wanting to buy up all the PP FNET shares, so the PP of FNET could close at any time. If you are pondering the question, I would suggest you not hestitate to long.

I really think the risk here is whether the IPO is done by well known firm, or an Internet IPO. The risk of 6.00 open on the Internet is not much considering the large buying that could spring it upto 10.00 anyway. The more exposure FTEL gets, the less risk we have in my opinion and it looks like that is real promising in the near future.

If you look at the FNET Plan, which some have. It doesn't even get into the 1800 or 1900 #'s, and mentions that the Pro-forma of FNET will be about 21 million in sales in 98, is that to low now!!! I would say so.
