Hi;

The word I'm getting is that there are quite a few large scale investors in PEP who have seen their $$ do almost nothing for a long time. Every time there is a bump in price, these guys exert sellin pressure in the stock, thereby creating an imaginery ceiling that PEP can't seem to penetrate. I hope my sources are correct that the spin off will be the catlyst that propels PEP to the upper 30's (or low 40's if you net the spin off).

I have always received reliable info from these guys 'till now - have no reason to doubt them again. It all depends on the PR from PEP, as well as the performance of the beverage part of the company.
