I might mention back in '94/96 (don't remember exactly when) I found a severe problem with lotus notes.

I think the worst case of privacy protection was discovering the lotus notes password issue: they spent all their time displaying heirogliphics (sp) but fail to mention they store your password in plaintext in memory. I don't know if they fixed that one or not yet. So for lotus all one had to do was make a program, use their password prmpt scheme (their code) and after the poor user entered the password, you just go check a certain loc in memory and voila! New password...
