You are absolutely correct. If they didn't include a picture of the boxed item I might not agree completely, but they are clearly misleading. It's easy for me to look at the item and see that it may not be the complete product AFTER you mention it, but if I were to look at it before hand I would certainly have expected exactly what you did. The complete product.

If OnSale didn't help you in this case which they obviously didn't, then I would be in touch with whoever issued my credit card.

I hope this isn't the way they're headed. I've dealt with OnSale customer service several times (though never for AtCost) and have been very satisfied with them.

I apologize for not taking a more objective view when I read that page the first time through. It seems that it's quite easy to read between the lines when you already know what the writing says.
