I'd be tempted to wait just a little while, until the bid/ask closed a bit. There's a lot going on, but I think they're still waiting for all the shares of Universal Alliance to be converted to BIAN shares. I'm also hearing that the company will probably do a ticker/name change (since BIAN/Bioamerican Capital) isn't really representative of the company. They may wait for all that before really letting loose on the news. Gator
