I too am lacking sleep--quelle party and it is still roaring around us--but I finally have hope of the use of my closet again. Since a ferocious leak on Christmas Day, I have been waiting for the closet ceiling to be fixed. Apartment full of the boxes from top of closet. Now, even as I type, it is being fixed. One almighty hell of a mess, but it is progress.
