Yo_Terry...............If you read "Thompsons Investor Research", you will find that the most recent year-end AUDITED statement was 12-97 and was Cash value @ 1.10/ share. I am aware that Market Guide Reports shows Cash value at 3.27, but this is before charges, taxes, etc., etc..The latest Audited statement should be out very soon and we will know what the real current value of this dog is. All of the Real properties have been sold off and revenues are estimated to come in at 40 to 45% lower than previous year end results. If you find out anything as to when year end earnings are to be announced would you please let me know as I am long this stock at 6.625/share for 2 1/2 years and if something good doesn't start happening soon I am going to take my losses and get rid of this dog!
