RMBS another opinion 08:59 ET Rambus (RMBS) 71: BB Robertson Stephens chip analyst Dan Niles raises rating from "long-term attractive" to "buy" and sets 12-month price target of $90. RMBS shares rallied 9 3/4 points Friday on positive comments by Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. According to Morgan Stanley, Intel (INTC) will reaffirm commitment to Rambus technology. RMBS shares indicated to climb another 3 points at the open.
