REACTOR: From what I understand, this is the drill for all vendors at the Superbowl. Since the Superbowl is an NFL event, concession comes under NFL jurisdiction. If you are not a "sponsor"i.e. paying millions and millions, your product is in plain white "generic" packaging, thus very limited exposure for all non-sponsoring vendors. As for the franchising, the Company has utilized the WSJ when they do their restaurant franchising section. I think it comes out every six months. Their plans for franchising their concept will continue to include such advertising (as long as it continues to produce results).
