Zulu does bring something to the table. Indeed it does: an OTC listing. Since ESVS was de-listed from NASDAQ in the fall, it is logical to reverse the direction of the deal. It would seem reasonable to assume that ESVS was unsuccessful in their bid to have the NASDAQ decision reversed.
