Well, BlueFox, either unsuccessful--but probably not since the appeal was set for March--or too time-consuming.
For example, is it reasonable to assume further delays could have resulted from the ESVS March appeal. And given the recent mo-mo (momentum), what with the Omni-net.com and brandsforless.com and the recent appointments, perhaps it was thought getting the ducks in order now and moving forward, rather than get bogged down in a lengthy appeal process, is the better game plan.
Think of it this way. Look at all the hell we investors and they, the company, have been going through by carrying foward two separate legal entities. There is obviously enough substance and direction now for ZuluGroup.com to move forward as one entity. So why not do it? And it might also be a prudent play to get on AMEX given there are so few Internet stocks on that exchange. Is anybody aware of any others on AMEX?
All in all, I think it was a good decision and one which will erase the fears of investors as to whose going to survive. Obviously, from this decision, both ZULU and ESVS shareholders will ultimately do well. After all, the bashers just got through telling us we Zulu investors were going to get screwed, that ESVS didn't need us anymore. At least that is put to bed, wouldn't you agree? |
