No it wouldnt " It would seem reasonable to assume that ESVS was unsuccessful in their bid to have the NASDAQ decision reversed." What would be reasonable to assume is that this is a much quicker way to achieve a single company ,one stock.This way with the IPO it will be less confusing to the market and will help their investors.
